Natasha Der Avedissian is an Event Specialist who has been working in the industry for over 10 years. She graduated from the University of Greenwich with a bachelor degree in Event Management and went on to work in corporate events. Since leaving the corporate world, Natasha has been freelancing, working on a wide range of events from weddings to large scale expos. Her professional life aside, Natasha volunteers with the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) Young Professionals Cyprus where she is one of the founding members and serves as Chairperson of the committee. She is also a member of Toastmasters International and a committee member of her local club. Natasha’s passion for self development, her community and her career all go hand in hand; each being part of her journey in becoming her best self.

Alan is a Property Manager and Consultant for Cyprus Insights, an investment consultancy based in Nicosia. He is a qualified Land Surveyor having graduated from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. When Alan isn’t working he loves to stay active! You can find him running and lifting weights in the local park all year round, or out snorkelling in the ocean during summertime.

As an experienced speaker, Alan joined Nicosia based Toastmasters club ‘SuperSpeakers’ in 2019 to improve his public speaking capabilities. He reached Division level of the International Speech Contest in 2020 and currently serves as Vice President of Education for his club. He is also an Ambassador for InterNations, frequently organising social meetings for Cyprus expats.

Celine Cabannes is a Marketeer, Business Developer, Content Writer, Creative & logical mind, and not only…She has graduated from both Grenoble School of Management and the Southern Illinois University Graduate School. She has worked in consulting, auditing, banking, alcohol distribution, cosmetics in Europe and Middle East. For the last 5 years, she has developed her creativity further in the Advertising and Consulting business as Head of Marketing & Strategy. She is passionate about communication, people and public speaking.

Despina Nicola is a Life Coach who specializes in Managing Addictions and Relationships. She has always had a passion for human evolution. After completing a degree in Psychology, she completed over 60 certificates in Life Coaching and is still completing courses. Despina has now embarked on a career that specializes in well-being, relationships, and addictions.

It is her mission is to support clients to be brave, explore, change and create a dream life. That is why she authored two books, Dare to Begin the Process of Healing and Enough is Enough a Practical Guide to Managing Addictions. Despina founded “Dare to Begin Life Coaching” for Addiction and Relationship Management and has done seminars on relationship issues as well as addictions. She has worked with groups and individuals as a personal counselor. She also produced a computer-based questionnaire for hiring personnel.

Despina Nicola was raised in New Zealand and left in 1991 to take up residence in Cyprus. She is the founder of two companies; The English Centre and Dare to Begin Life Coaching. She is divorced and has two daughters. Despina also directs and teachers at her English Institute since 2007, which caters for individual and group lessons and is an examiner.

Kyriacos holds a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Databases , and  works in the video games industry as a Deputy Publishing Director.  In his free time he enjoys hiking, being in nature, watching documentaries and reading books about self improvement.  Having a lot to talk about, Kyriacos joined Superspeakers to learn how to better express himself and be an all around speaker.
